If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of the item being received by you for a full refund. This is your 'cooling-off' period. Outside these 7 days, you have up to 28 days of the item being received by you to return your item for a credit note or an exchange only. Items received outside this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of The White Door Management.
All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured and traceable method in order to ensure a safe delivery. Items must be received in their original condition and with all the tags attached. Items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed or dry cleaned by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned.
Defective items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery for credit note/exchange or a refund. Once we receive your item, we will process your credit note or refund within 7 days. You will receive an email confirmation from The White Door as soon as your return or exchange has been processed. Shipping charges are non-credit noteable. Please include your receipt, if received, with the item(s) you are returning/exchanging.
Products
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to enquiries@thewhitedoor.ie before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the returns policy. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will send you a full credit note of the amount paid or an exchange as required. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
